If your gear isn't right, send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Try it on, check the fit, see how it rides. If it isn't for you, returning it is simple.
The one requirement: gear must come back in new condition. If it has been hunted in, worn in the field, or shows dirt, wear, or damage, we can't accept it as a return.
To start a return, use the contact page with the name on the order and the reason for the return. We may ask for a photo before approving. Once approved, ship it back and the refund goes to your original payment method.

Ghost Country: The 60-Day Terrain Guarantee
Ghost Country is an informational product. Once you've watched a lesson, you have the information. You can't send it back. So the guarantee is built around one skill and one section of the course: reading a topo map.
The guarantee. Work through the Topo Maps section in order. If you can't read a topo map when you finish it, email jake@waywardridge.com within 60 days of purchase. You get a 100% refund. If you'd rather not quit, I'll work with you until it clicks.
How to stay eligible.
- Complete the course in order, starting with the first lesson of the Topo Maps section.
- Stop at the end of the Topo Maps section. That is the point to decide if Ghost Country is right for you.
- The one exception: you can also work through the topo lessons in the Supplementary Courses section. That does not affect your eligibility.
- Request your refund within 60 days of purchase.
What voids the guarantee. Jumping ahead. If you open lessons in any other section of the course before requesting a refund, including E-Scouting, Map & Compass, or non-topo supplementary lessons, the guarantee no longer applies. At that point you've taken the content past what the guarantee covers.
Eligibility is confirmed using your lesson progress in your course account. Approved refunds go to your original payment method.
